Experienced Quality Engineer Required – Quality Assurance Plan for Battery Pack Manufacturing
Budget: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 INR
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer (at least 5 years of experience) to support us on a 1-month contractual assignment for the preparation of a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for battery pack manufacturing.
The selected freelancer will be responsible for drafting a comprehensive, well-structured QAP and supporting documents that are fully aligned with applicable industry standards and suitable for client and regulatory review. The document must reflect best practices in quality management for lithium-ion battery pack manufacturing.
Scope of Work:
Prepare a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for battery pack manufacturing
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IEC/UL standards as applicable)
Define quality controls across incoming inspection, in-process checks, final inspection, and testing
Review client quality requirements and specifications
Incorporate client comments and changes into the QAP in a structured and professional manner
Ensure clarity, completeness, and audit-readiness of the document
Required Experience & Skills:
At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in manufacturing
Prior experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing preferred
Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and manufacturing quality documentation
Hands-on experience preparing QAPs, SOPs, Control Plans and similar quality documents
Ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into formal quality documentation
Excellent technical writing and documentation skills

Deliverables:
Complete and client-ready Quality Assurance Plan document and supporting documents and templates
Revised versions incorporating client feedback (as required during the project period)
