quality statement of work between two parties

company X received a statement of work from company Y. But not sufficient enough or not detailed enough to cover the scope. have look for example attached for other statement of work for IT DT. need something similar to professional statement
1- Lets have a set of KPIs for each of the items, meaning show timelines or expected outcomes
2- Please add the table of costs I shared with you, as you see fit, it would be even better if you could add more information next to the cost like expected amount of hours or other measurables items that will assist both parties in measuring the progress etc.
