Web Based Mining Products

I am looking to hire an experienced Tester & web developer to integrate existing products with new technologies. This project will require a full-stack web developer with knowledge of .net and C# or 3JS or PHP. The outcome of this project is to create an online platform with custom mining tools that will integrate existing products with new technologies. The specific technologies for this project have not yet been identified, but knowledge of related technologies is required. The developer is expected to bring expertise, creativity, and knowledge to the project. The ultimate goal is to develop a feature-rich web-based application to make data collection, analysis, and visualization easy and efficient.
