Reliability Issue

Someone that is familiar with reliability and could help me with a reliability demonstration test plan. I am running every part through a cycle test if it doesn't fail in X cycles, the part is determined to be good. I have run 100000 parts and have detected 4 failures. What can I do to demonstrate a certain level of reliability with the kind of data? Utilization of Minitab for this would be a plus.
