I would like a professional QA/QC to review our manual, and our clients and produce a new manual as requested by my client below. But as a new document for my company.

Please find the FEC Min QMS document attached for review and reference. I would appreciate you and your new team review this document and institute changes in the Graham QMS to conform with the FEC document.
