Accelerated Test for HALT, ALT or HASS

I am looking for an accelerated test to analyze the durability and longevity of my product. Specifically, I would like an HALT, ALT or HASS test, in which combination of specific components and the entire system are tested, and the number of monthly test exceed 5 months. This test will help me determine how reliable my product is and how much punishment it can take before something goes wrong. The goal is to ensure that, when released to market, my product performs its functions as per designed specifications. Additionally, the results of the test will enable me to make necessary adjustments and improvements so that the product releases may become better and more reliable.
