Systematic Review Topic Development

I need an experienced nursing scholar to help me shape a publishable systematic review that meets Q1-journal standards. The review must sit firmly within patient care and outcomes, drilling down into patient satisfaction and experience. The population I want to concentrate on involves anaesthesia, midwifery and theatre nursing settings, so familiarity with these specialties is essential.
Here is what I am looking for you to do:
• Work with me to refine a crisp, answerable research question that aligns with PRISMA guidelines and is compelling enough for a high-impact journal.
• Draft a brief but thorough protocol that covers databases to be searched, preliminary search strings, inclusion/exclusion criteria, and a plan for assessing study quality (e.g., JBI, Cochrane RoB).
• Provide a short justification for the clinical relevance and novelty of the topic, backed by a quick scoping search.
• Outline the proposed flow diagram and data-extraction framework so that, once approved, the full review can proceed smoothly.
Acceptance criteria
1. A final research question that clearly targets patient satisfaction/experience in anaesthesia, midwifery or theatre nursing and is feasible within typical systematic-review timelines.
2. A protocol document ready for PROSPERO or journal submission, fully compliant with PRISMA-P.
3. Search strategy tested in at least two major databases (e.g., PubMed, CINAHL) and delivered in reproducible format.
