Qualitative data analysis

I have two structured interviews data, two interviews of teachers on a series of questions as part of a mixed method research. The intent is to be able to determine what variables could impact students test scores on the Environment course board exams. I have 25 pages of transcribed responses teachers that I need to analyze?
