Qualitative Market Interview Analysis
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a set of interview transcripts from a recent market-research project and need a thorough qualitative analysis that turns raw dialogue into actionable business insight. You will receive the full, cleaned transcripts (audio already transcribed) and any background materials that explain the study objectives and target segments.
Your task is to code the interviews, surface recurring themes, and translate those findings into a concise narrative that highlights customer motivations, pain points, and opportunities for our product team. Whether you prefer NVivo, Atlas.ti, MAXQDA, or another reputable qualitative tool is up to you—as long as the process is systematic and transparent.
Deliverables I expect:
• A coding framework with clear definitions
• Annotated transcripts (or an exported codebook) showing how each segment was tagged
• A synthesis report that explains key themes, illustrative quotes, and strategic recommendations
I consider the job finished once the report answers our original research questions and the coding scheme can be audited or replicated by a third party. If you have relevant samples, please mention them so I can gauge fit quickly.
