Qualitative Discussion Chapter Specialist

I have completed data collection for a social-science study and am now polishing the discussion chapter. The core text is drafted, yet it still needs a sharper narrative that ties my findings back to the literature review, theoretical framework, and stated research questions.

The subject blends health, leadership, and stress. Ideally, you understand the BPSC theory of health and JDR stress theory.

Deep experience with qualitative analysis writing at the post-doctoral level is essential; an eye for argument structure and flawless English is non-negotiable. If this sounds like your specialty, I look forward to collaborating.

You will need sharp critical analysis - ie. situating findings correctly in literature (LR), theory and practical application and identify all contributions. Understand extending, contributing, confirming and contrasting language.

I will provide NDA and IP agreements as this is critical for my being awarded PhD

Here is what I need from you:

• Create a clear matrix that aligns each theme (in my findings) with the key studies and theories already cited in my literature review (LR) to answer specific research questions. Specifically, filling gap, confirming, extending, unique, contrasting... Specifically making sure the data is comparable - not just random references
• Weave those connections into a discussion, tightening the argument and ensuring every claim is empirically grounded in prior work (from LR)
• Flag any gaps where additional citations or statistical clarifications (basic descriptive figures only) will strengthen the story.
There are many unique findings so you and scarce literature, so you need to be able to help craft powerful arguments for findings.


Later -
• Format the thesis once complete to current journal guidelines (APA 7) and provide a final language pass that reads as native, sophisticated academic prose.
* Assist with developing appendices and tables.

I will supply the findings section, the full lit review, and Endnote/zotero references. Please be prepared to return: 1) the completed matrix (editable), 2) Written discussion chapter incorporating (1) into each RQ , and
3) a clean, submission-ready manuscript.
