NVivo Thematic Interview Analysis

I have 25 semi-structured interview transcripts ready for deep coding in NVivo. My primary interest is to surface and articulate behavioural patterns across the data set, then weave those findings into a coherent thematic narrative I can reference in an upcoming paper.

You’ll receive the cleaned, anonymised transcripts as Word files. I’d like you to:

• Import and organise the sources in NVivo.
• Develop an initial codebook (inductive or deductive—whichever best fits the material) and refine it as you progress.
• Apply systematic coding throughout all 25 interviews, ensuring consistency across cases.
• Generate clear visualisations or query outputs (e.g., word trees, matrix coding) that illuminate behavioural themes.
• Provide a concise analytic memo summarising each major theme, illustrative quotes, and your interpretation of how these patterns interact.

Deliverables
1. The complete NVivo project file with all nodes, classifications, and queries intact.
2. A short (≈5-7 page) report outlining methodology, key behavioural themes, and supporting evidence.
3. Any supplementary exports or graphics that strengthen the narrative.

Acceptance Criteria
• Every transcript fully coded with no uncategorised text.
• Codebook and memos demonstrate logical progression from raw data to thematic conclusions.
• Findings directly address behavioural patterns and are traceable back to specific excerpts in NVivo.
