I am seeking a skilled researcher or field surveyor to conduct telephone interviews aimed at collecting qualitative data from 25 women and girls. The focus is on gathering comprehensive insights into their experiences with school punishments from the 1990s to the present. Key Requirements: - Conduct interviews with 25 participants, prioritizing teenagers (13-19), young adults (20-30), and adults (31 and above). - Collect detailed personal narratives focusing on the types of punishments received, situations leading to the punishment, and long-term effects on individuals. - Use telephone interviews as the primary data collection method. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in conducting qualitative research and telephone interviews. - Strong communication skills to engage participants and elicit detailed responses. - Ability to analyze and summarize qualitative data effectively. - Familiarity with the emotional and social aspects of school punishments is a plus.
