Experienced Qualitative Interview Moderator for E-bike Research

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled qualitative interview moderator to join our team for an E-bike research project. Your role will involve conducting a series of in-depth in-home interviews. As a qualitative moderator, you will primarily be responsible for one-on-one in-home interviews with 12 E-bike users to gather valuable insights into their usage behaviors and experiences.

Job responsibilities:
1. Conduct one-on-one in-home interviews with 12 E-bike users, including face-to-face discussions and riding along with them to observe their daily usage habits.
2. Provide briefings with the research team before and after each interview, as well as after all interviews are completed.
3. Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the interview process.

Job requirements:
1. Possess experience in qualitative research, particularly in conducting one-on-one interviews.
2. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Have some knowledge of and interest in E-bike products or industry trends.
4. Willingness to conduct in-home interviews and ride along with participants.
5. Ability to build rapport with participants and create a comfortable interview environment.
6. Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure the project is completed on schedule.

Project timeline:

2.Project Duration: Based on the interview schedule, all interviews are expected to be completed within 15 to 20 days.
