AI & DMAIC in decision making Manager Interviews
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am undertaking a study to evaluate how AI-driven analytics and the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC framework are reshaping decision-making in the manufacturing sector. The goal is to collect first-hand insights from 30 senior manufacturing managers—ideally C-suite or plant-level leaders—through semi-structured interviews.
You will help me design an interview guide that blends questions on AI adoption, DMAIC usage, and resulting performance shifts; recruit and schedule qualified participants; conduct or moderate recorded interviews via Zoom, Teams, or a comparable platform; and ensure clean audio files and verbatim transcripts (Otter.ai, Rev, or similar are fine).
Deliverables (all digital):
• Interview guide ready for pilot
• 30 completed interview recordings and transcripts
• Thematic analysis with key findings, illustrative quotes, and a concise executive summary focused on the impact of AI + DMAIC on decision quality in manufacturing
Please demonstrate relevant past work—especially examples of qualitative research, Six Sigma projects, or manufacturing leadership studies—so I can quickly confirm fit.
All data must remain confidential and be transferred in editable formats (Word, Excel, or NVivo exports) at project close.
