We are seeing an excessive demand for especially Danish/ German/ Swedish/ Norwegian/ Finnish/ Japanese/ Arabic/ Dutch/ Russian-speaking candidates (with a perfect command of English as well), who on a freelance basis can help turn people's understanding of the world and cultural environment into customer insights for the companies we work with.

What does the work consist of?

Your role lies in analyzing customer data in video format and delivering the insights in an actionable format through our AI-powered platform, Sonar. We use our platform to conduct interviews and analyze and derive insights, so your work will be centered around Sonar.
You will typically receive a data set of 5-20 videos of participants interacting with a website, an app, or similar, from which you will derive insights.
You will bring your analytical mindset and cultural understanding into use when you identify patterns across the participants' experiences and derive insights based upon your deep understanding of the cultural surroundings of the concrete target group.

How will my workload be?

Like most freelancer jobs, you commit to short-term assignments. Our projects normally vary between 2 and 7 days, depending on the amount of data and timeline of the project.
You can decline as many projects as you want, but once accepted and assigned to a project, we expect full-time commitment during that project to ensure insights are delivered on time.


What qualifications do I need?

Fluent in English and Danish/ German/ Swedish/ Norwegian/ Finnish/ Japanese/ Arabic/ Dutch/ or Russian
The ideal candidates have experience with qualitative research methods and preferably within anthropology, UX research, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), behavioral analysis, or related fields.
You could be an experienced freelancer and have many years of experience within the field of qualitative or UX research methods, be a graduate student who wants to apply the obtained academic knowledge in a real-world setting or somewhere in between. But most importantly you must have strong analytical skills and mindset and an ability to summarize and condense qualitative data into clear and concise insights.


How do I get paid?

You will be well-rewarded for your work and are paid per research study. The base salary will vary depending on the research study, according to aspects such as the number of participants, interview length, etc. Typically, an analysis of 10 videos (16 hours of work approx.) is rewarded with approximately 400 EUR.
Your pay is also dependent on the quality of your work and can earn more than the base salary. After each completed project, we assess the quality and apply a multiplier to your base salary corresponding to the quality that has been delivered. You can earn up to a 30 percent bonus for deliverables of outstanding quality. After delivering your work, we transfer the money to your bank account.


Will I work independently?

Yes, you will be working independently and remotely from wherever you are based, however, if you need it, we have an online support team ready to assist if you have any questions or encounter any challenges during your work.
