I’m preparing to enter the Brazilian market with my chess app.
The market research part would involve testing the login, KYC, and withdrawal flows of competitor RMG apps available in Brazil. This is a very very easy user flow research. This means:
- Checking registration and login methods (email, phone, Google/FB).
- Documenting the KYC requirements (CPF, ID, proof of address, selfie, etc.) and when they are requested.
- Reviewing withdrawal processes: available payment methods (Pix, bank transfer, e-wallets), minimum/maximum limits, fees, and processing times.
- Taking screenshots and preparing a structured report with findings for each app.

• Open conversational informal delivery of information.
