Qt Designer multiple form selector

We are looking for a proficient Qt Designer to build a multiple page form to combine 30 individual forms created with Qt Designer version 5.9.6 and Python into one master Qt build.
Each form/Python script has its own submit button and needs to work independently from the other forms. Each form would be selected from a dropdown or carousel menu in Qt and would load into the Qt main window for use. When another is selected this Qt main window would update to display the new form with submit button.
We only require the main template for the 30 forms each with submit buttons and navigation. We can then paste our Qt forms and link the individual python scripts as needed. If you require any further clarification please do not hesitate to reach out.
