Create a simple Qt desktop application

I have an idea and I have made a basic working of the application and what I want is an expert in Qt to oversee and make the application into a fully fledged working desktop application according to to-be provided UI/UX wireframes.
It is in a very early stage but the application is not very complicated and the most complicated part has been done. This is a call for someone who can take the code until now, divide into proper header and source files, make the usual desktop functions like undo, right click for options, interactivity between windows, easy to use, debug, etc
They will have to sign a confidentiality agreement which will give me the right to sue if the person hired for this leaks the code or concept to any third party and will have to work in complete secrecy about the project.
