Job Description
Provide first line data visualization Development, support:, troubleshoot and test visualisation applications
Will be required to Design, Implement, test and Support Reports and Dashboards within the agreed SLA.
Liaise with internal customers to instigate, resolve and effectively triage issues
Manage the product release and deployment of applications
Implement fixes and enhancements to production applications
Support interactive visualisations end to end from data ingestion, ETL and front end functionality
Follow agile approach to troubleshooting of a growing library of interactive data visualisations
Inform the solution architects and project managers of any issues that may affect any other areas
Identify opportunities and drive process changes / increased automation /improvement in visualisations
Follow Processes. Proactive Documentation, innovative, provide input and support to manager for improving productivity and efficiency.
Have strong communication skill and have proactive communication skills to address Production issues.
