script to preload pytorch model

Hello experts,

I was checking a speech recognition library
which seems to be slow to load
but fast at processing.

I wonder if you can create a script that preloads the model
and then accepts the wav files into the model
in order to speed up the processing.

I'm just processing small wav files, with some sentences.

Please bid only if you are available now
and can do the job in around 1 hour.
