pytorch expert for Graph neural network

My project requires a Pytorch expert to build a Graph Neural Network. The model needs to be able to identify relationships between data points and visualize the interactions. I am looking for someone with experience working with Graph Neural Networks and data science in Pytorch. The ideal candidate is a Pytorch specialist who has experience building complex models with this powerful library.
