VLM Batching & SFT Script Help and Mentor

I need guidance on making the VLM model (https://huggingface.co/bountyhunterxx/moondream) batchable and on developing a SFT training script.

The entire work should take around 2 hours with online meeting (microsoft teams or google meet) since the main goal is for me to learn.


Goals:
Make model take input in batches
Prepare model for efficient training


Requirements:
- Mentor on training and batching
- Experience in LLM finetunning
- Experience in pytorch is a must since the code is in pytorch and the training should also be in pytorch.
