Troubleshoot error with existing GAN & produce results

What is required ?

1.) Troubleshoot the error - fix it
2.) Make the GAN produce results again
3.) Document the problem & the solution in detail with commands
This is the error in the code : "RuntimeError: Expected 4-dimensional input for 4-dimensional weight [64, 3, 3, 3], but got 3-dimensional input of size [3, 256, 256] instead".
The previous developer isn't responding after delivering the project midway.
Need someone with deep pytorch experience to resolve this issue.
The model was running & providing good results in previous versions, hence need to get the project back on track.
