PyTorch to Core ML (mlmodel) Conversion for TCPFormer-based Pose Estimation

I need a PyTorch AI pose estimation model, based on the TCPFormer implementation, converted to mlmodel for seamless operation on both iPhone and iPad. The primary use of this converted mlmodel is for real-time pose estimation.

- The model should be capable of real-time pose estimation on iOS devices or post recording with <1min for 30sec video speed
- The conversion needs to maintain the model's accuracy; performance optimization for iOS devices is not a priority.
