Outlier detection with normalizing flow

As a data scientist, I am looking for an expert in normalizing flow algorithms in order to develop a project for outlier detection and make it better by improving the attention mechanism. I will provide the data for this project, which is image data and it is already labeled for training purposes. Therefore, the freelancer should have an expert level understanding of normalizing flow algorithms. The goal of this project is to identify outliers using normalizing flow to better understand the image data.
