to write the code

I am looking for an experienced programmer to write some code for me. I'm open to using any programming language, though my preference is Python, Java, or C++; whatever language best suits the task. The main function of the code will be data analysis and visualization, web development, or implementation of algorithms, though I'm not specifically sure which one yet. I'm also open to suggestions on what would work best. Timeframe is flexible, so the code does not need to be completed quickly.
