write a python script to export outlook calendar, send it to another user, and then another script for the receiver to import the calendar

Requirements:
Syncrhonize calendar events to another email accounts.
Steps:
1. export calendar events from the source email account in outlook.
2. send the calendar events export file by email to another account in outlook on a different computer.
3. for the receiver to download the exported calendar and load it into its own calendar.
4. run this script whenever there is a new event coming in, canceled or reschedule. if this is too difficult , just schedule it to run every hour.
