we want to make a WhatsApp chat boot with python

- support the Arabic language
-Python language is preferred
- a web application version
-support multiple WhatsApp numbers (more than one WhatsApp account )
- support multiple users to respond ( sales - customers serves - delivery ) the app will redirect the message to the suitable person to respond
-send messages to multiple customers (text, images, videos ) support multiple images at once
-database to collect the customer number agents response time, chat duration is required and the customer satisfaction rate
