web site fix

I am looking for a freelancer to fix the design/layout issues on my website. The specific issues I need to be fixed are related to the functionality of the site. This is a private site that tracks data science projects from ideation to implementation. The front page should be a dashboard of current and historic data science projects in various stages of completion. When you click on a link, it should take you to the project tracker specifically for that project. All of the information should be stored in a back-end database. I'm using python and SQLite for a database to hold the current and historic data science project information.

I already have the page created for the project tracker, but I cannot get the front page dashboard to take the user to the project tracker. I also have not figured out how to connect the SQLite database to the project tracker to contain the historic and current information.

To be clear, I just need the functionality fixed so that the user is taken from the "Create New Project" button on the home page to the project tracker and I need the SQLite database connected to the project tracker.

Skills and Experience:

- Experience with HTML/CSS coding
- Knowledge of user experience best practices

After the fix, my main goal for the website is to improve project tracking. I want users to be able to easily navigate the site and track their projects efficiently.

Ideally, I would like the fixes to be completed within a reasonable timeframe, but I am flexible as long as the job is done correctly.
