web scraping for download public files

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can assist me with a web scraping project to download public PDF files.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Python experience
- Proficient in web scraping techniques
- Experience in downloading and handling PDF files
- Familiarity with Python or other programming languages commonly used for web scraping
Project Details:
- The task involves scraping and downloading public PDF files from a specified dinamic website.
- The downloaded files should be kept in their original format.
- The scraping and downloading process is required to occur only once.

Hi we want to download in batch mode files from one site that has a previus search form:
1- this is the address https://cej.pj.gob.pe/cej/forms/busquedaform.html
2- clic in "Codigo de expediente"
3- fill with this (this is the part that change) 11685 2016 0 1817 JR CO 01
4- the result preview page
5- the result page with links
6- we clic on "descargar" buton to download the files
We have the info of point 3 in one XLS file (is hundred of documents to download) and we want that some script or similar that read them and download the files.
About the deliverables, we need the script (python), we can put a server in aws (preferably windows or linux if you need) for you to do the work or you can access to computer in our network, the files will be downloaded to that server; or if you have a different way of working let us know, and tell us how much time do you take for this job and what is the total price; let me know and I'll tell to my boss your proposal with the others developers he will decide.
