web scraping documents in python

Python. Looking for someone to create 2 or 3 scraping template or mockup program to scrape 32 governmental websites. The scrape code should:
- go through all the pages and extract the data
- download the related files (.pdf, .docx, .csv, .xlsx)
- extract text content of file
- all into a db
One example code of work in progress can be shared.
