Those who have already made portal with subscription based login for users only quote as we need experienced person only.
1. Need a web portal
2. User can register for free or paid plan via login, create new password/forget password and then upload insurance policy pdfs/images
3. Our Tool in portal should connect with open ai and it will fetch required pre fixed information like policyholder name, date of expiry, premium paid etc etc from pdf and it can be downloaded in excel
(Currently we run step 3 in streamlit via our tool developed in python, but now want in our server)
4. User should be able to now view this data in dashboard, edit/ modify dashboard data
5. Data can be exported or imported as well in excel for a particular period wise. Example Oct to March 2023
6. Data should be saved user wise and later on it can be added in the previous data as and when new pdfs are uploaded and new data is generated
7. Basis the expiry data of policy, automatic reminders should go via whatsapp, msg, mails
8. User subscription plan will have one or two options like yearly fee, monthly fee and usage restriction on number of pdf and number of pages.
9. Free plan option during trial period required and Restriction on number of automatic msgs and whatsapp depending upon plan
10. Master admin should be able to see and control that
11. Reminder should go to user on expiry of plan
12. Simple payment gateway initially required
13. Data privacy. Need this work to be done in users own local storage
