A web portal

we require a web portal for our e-com which contains an admin panel, a client dashboard (profile, logout, requirement which made) and a manufacturer dashboard where admin put client requirement and manufacture can see it and can put their quotation. Admin will see all the quotation and review them and send a final price to the client.

Suggested tech :- MERN / Python+React Js / Core PHP + JS (Any One we can use)
