Project Title: Web Application Development

Primary Purpose:
- The web application will serve as a mail server and also provide various automated scripting functionalities.

Required Features:
- The client has a specific list of features in mind which need to be implemented.
> scrape certain data from websites
> create scripts to automated certain tasks.
> proficient in HTML, where you need to be able to get the data and manipulate certain aspects.
> able to set re-occuring payments on the payment page.
> create and work with web hooks.

Technology Stack:
- The preferred technology stack for this project is currently unknown. Use whatever you need to get it done.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in web application development
- Proficiency in the chosen technology stack (Java, Python/Django, or PHP/Laravel, SQL, HTML, Javascript)
- Ability to implement mail server functionalities
- Familiarity with implementing custom features based on client requirements
