I want you to edit a (basic) Neural Network code and change it to a Graph Neural Network

The code uses simulated 1D data as the Neural Network function and makes plots in the frequency domain. I just want you to change this to a function which creates a graph instead, and so a Graph Neural Network can run. It MUST be based on the code I give you so that the exact same plots and outputs are given.
