I want to make a script for data mining using python

for a quick overview, first enter the dataset then do preprocessing, after that do attribute weighting with correlation and instance weighting using eiger learning, after that combine attribute weighting and instance weighting with the same framework as the naive bayes algorithm. after that do 10 fold cross validation. display evaluation using confusion matrix...
lastly compare with conventional naive bayes algorithm..
