I want help to solve my python code that is used to find vibrational density of states in molecular dynamics simulations

I'm a research scholar my research area is molecular dynamics. I want to calculate vibrational density of states using python code. This python code imports different codes also I have all the data but while executing I'm getting so many errors if any person already did on this work please help me.
