I want collect all database from my python , its from steamcommunity, steam64id and using api

hello, i want to stor(collect) all database steam_id(steam64id) from steamcommunity.com from databaseupdater, want to someone explain how its work , i have python which collecting database , its work with steam apikey, i dont know how this file work , and want to collect all database . remember im not going to award or milstone since i will see that everything work fine in my computer i have to test for a long time , i know its some risky but if you really want to work with me , you have to trust and we have to make it succces ! thanks
