visualize cosine similarity matrix

I have a cosine similarity matrix, i want to visualize it(maybe use TSNE, etc), how can i do it with only this matrix? I have the information of which column(or line) belongs to which class. We have two classes, and there is some overlapping in these two classes. So visualize with 3 colors.
