2D visualisation of RPlidar on raspberry PI

A RP lidar is connected to a Raspberry PI 4B. The Lidar needs to make a 90 degrees scan of the area. The generated data will be evaluated and handled in a next project phase. For now its important to have an open source code with an easy to use graphical interface. The interface needs to be used to select parts of the scanned data for further handling
