video analytics - object detection and tracking

I am looking for a freelancer with expertise in video analytics for object detection and tracking, specifically focusing on detecting and tracking vehicles in an outdoor environment. The primary purpose of this project is to monitor traffic patterns for analysis and research purposes.
am looking for a developer who can help in creating a solution in which we can track the movement of a truck in the field of view of the camera and give an output in terms of minutes how long the same truck was in the zone and how long it was not moving.
During this time the truck will change its orientation 3 times .
1. It will enter the field of view and go to a point ,
2. change the orientation ( turn 90 degree) and go back to unload the material
3. and then again come forward and take a turn and move out of view of the camera .
Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in computer vision and video analytics
- Proficiency in object detection and tracking algorithms and techniques
- Experience with outdoor object detection and tracking
- Knowledge of traffic monitoring systems and methodologies
- Familiarity with video analytics software and tools
- Ability to work with large datasets and analyze video footage
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in results interpretation
- Good communication skills to collaborate with the team and provide regular updates on progress.
