A very quick project to retreive data from a public database

Hi there, I have two .csv input files: species.csv and proteins.csv. I need to use these files and the UniProt database (https://www.uniprot.org/) to create a table (also in CSV format) where names in species.csv are used to name rows, names in proteins.csv are used to name columns, and the values in each cell of the table correspond to the UniProt IDs derived from the UniProt database.
For example, the well that corresponds to "Chaperonin GroEL" and "Acetomicrobium mobile" should show this value "I4BUX4" (https://www.uniprot.org/uniprotkb?query=Acetomicrobium%20mobile%20AND%20Chaperonin%20GroEL).
