ull stack python (django) + react

We are looking for a confident full-stack developer with strong experience in React and Python
We’re looking for someone who can take loosely defined requirements, ask the right questions and deliver a finished work product independently. You will work directly with the Founder/CEO who has a software development background and over 10 years experience.
With the exception of the first week or two for onboarding, you will work mostly asynchronously and independently, with around 2 synchronous calls per week. We will communicate via Slack and use Linear as our issue tracker. You will present your code for review and make any required adjustments, and will follow best practices on QA, testing and delivery.
Core requirements:
Python - very confident / expert level
React - very confident / expert level
Nice to have’s:
Django / Django REST Framework
Selenium for browser automation / selenium-python
Remix.run experience
Experience with Ant design and TailwindCSS
Internationalisation experience, especially in Django or React
Soft skills:
Be able to work independently and remotely in a mostly asynchronous manner
