A trading bot that trade from my telegram channel signal

I am in need of a skilled developer who can create a trading bot for me. The bot will be used to trade based on signals received from my Telegram channel. Here are the project requirements:

Cryptocurrency Exchange: Quotex
- The bot should be connected to the Quotex cryptocurrency exchange for trading purposes.

Automation Level: Fully Automated
- I am looking for a fully automated trading bot that can execute trades independently based on the signals received.

Signal Recognition: Text-based
- The bot should be able to recognize and act upon text-based signals from my Telegram channel.
- Must know the use of martingle and must stop executing if win.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing trading bots and working with cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Strong knowledge of the Quotex exchange API.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Telegram API for receiving signals.
