A tool that checks if a flight is available

Hello,
I need to check for the availability of some flights, they are put for sale very rarely. I want to be informed immediately when they put them online.

I thought of a Java/python.... Or mobile application. All what the application does is that it opens the website, chooses one way trip, from and to, puts the date amd validate; if the website shows that a ticket is available then a sound is played by the application, I should stop it manually. I don't have preferences whether the application does the checking in the background or by opening a browser like selenium. The websites I am interested in are:

Airfrance.fr
Airalgerie.dz
Lufthansa.de
Transavia.fr

The checking should happen every 1 minute.
The application needs one input from the user: the from-to and the date to be checked; multiple dates/from to can be added for one website. The sound should also be customizable; just the possibility of replacing the audio file is ok.

I need the project as fast as possible.
