theft-detection for supermarkets

I want to build a module where we can alert and detect theft using computer vision in supermarket where self checkout is used.
The person should not end up stealing goods in their personal bags.
And the alert should be somewhere with the image. let it be a telegram bot or web page where it is all shown.
