the accuracy of my model does not improve!

I am working on Olist dataset (see here https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/olistbr/brazilian-ecommerce). The task is to estimate delivery time of orders. I have loaded the datasets and have cleaned them in Python. And run some machine learning algorithms to predict the delivery time. However, the accuracy is not good. Therefore, I need to someone look at my code and help me to improve my current results.
