Do a telegram bot with a API to sell number SMS

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a Telegram bot that can receive SMS messages. The preferred programming language for the bot is Python. I have a specific SMS API in mind that I would like the freelancer to use.

The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in:
- Developing Telegram bots
- Programming in Python
- Integrating APIs into applications
