telegram bot source coding

I am looking for a programmer who can develop a Telegram bot using Python.

Functionalities:
- The bot should be able to send automated messages to users.
- It should also be able to collect user data and perform data analysis.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Experience in developing Telegram bots.
- Familiarity with automated messaging and data analysis.

The bot should operate continuously, performing its functionalities without interruption.


"Telegram bot with an basic buttons UI, allowing you to ENTER GIVEAWAY, it'll collect entries throught the bot, you will write your crypto address to enter (idk if we make term to join grp/channels too?).

Then you get payment details, (idk if we should allow users to buy more than 1 entry, I think it could be beneficial).

When payment is confirmed, they'll be entered. In the UI you'll only be able to ENTER GIVEAWAY, WATCH WINNERS (that will display results of old raffles), CHANGE crypto ADDRESS (allow you to just change btc address), and COMMUNITY

Be automatic, every 7 days, it'll announce in [chatgroup] and [channel], the results of the raffle/lottery. It'll also post that an new one has started.

Preferably if it could also post in [chatgroup] 2-3 times per day with the current value of the pot and tell people to join
