I am looking for a freelancer to create a Telegram bot for me. The bot will require occasional updates and maintenance, approximately once a month.
The main function of the bot will be to send automated messages. I would also like the bot to have the capability to manage group chats if possible.
As for the design and appearance of the bot, I am open to suggestions and do not have any specific requirements or preferences.
